Meet Krystel – Owner & Technician

Krystel has been an animal lover for as long as she can remember—starting as a kid in a small North Carolina town, feeding every stray she could find. That deep-rooted compassion grew into a career in veterinary care, where she began as a receptionist and worked her way up through hands-on training to become a skilled veterinary technician assistant. She’s now pursuing her license as a veterinary technician and is proudly fear-free trained, always striving to make pet care as stress-free and gentle as possible.

With over five years of experience in the veterinary field, Krystel brings both knowledge and heart to every visit. Her mission is to treat every pet like family—with patience, kindness, and expert care.

When she's not working, Krystel is surrounded by her own beloved fur-crew: three cats (Boom, Cheech, and Beans) and two dogs (Zelda the Golden Retriever and Nimmy the Siberian Husky). As someone who considers her pets her children, she knows just how important it is to trust the people caring for them—and she never takes that responsibility lightly.

 Meet Samuel – Animal Lover & Pet Care Extraordinaire 

Samuel is a true animal lover at heart, with a special soft spot for dogs! There’s nothing he enjoys more than walking into a home and seeing those happy tails wagging in excitement. He believes every animal deserves to be loved, respected, and cared for like family—and he’s dedicated to making sure they feel just that.

Originally from North Carolina, Samuel grew up surrounded by animals—whether they were his own beloved pets or those of friends and neighbors. That lifelong connection shaped his natural ability to bond with animals of all kinds. He’s never met a pet he couldn’t get along with and isn’t one to shy away from even the most energetic or quirky companions.

Though he doesn’t have kids of his own, Samuel treats every pet in his care like his own child—showering them with affection, attention, and respect. His calm, confident presence puts both pets and owners at ease, and he’s committed to going above and beyond to make sure each animal is safe, happy, and well looked after.

Whether you need overnight stays, drop-in visits, or customized care services, Samuel is here to help—and your pets will be in the best hands.
